I had a very worrisome-to-me eye issue and after describing it to the front desk, they had one of the technicians talk to me further. Valerie and Dr Grove wanted to see me same day to identify what was going on. I am thankful for their concern and flexibility to see me quickly. Problem identified and will be corrected. Thanks so much to all involved in helping me yesterday.

I had cataract surgery and they were all very professional. I had to wait an hour past my surgery start time. Unfortunately I had significant pain after the anesthesia wore off and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the after hours dr to call me back. I am much better today.

I love Dr Grove. She always keeps me informed as to what she’s doing and why. She talks candidly about any problems
However, that waiting room seating is atrocious, folding metal chairs?! And framing everyone into that second waiting is nerve wracking, we were right on top of each other. In this day of social distancing that hardly seems right.

The staff was so helpful and scheduled an emergency appointment for me with Dr Grove.
