Licensed Doctor of Optometry, Eve N. Grelle, OD, maintains that vision care should be efficient, effective, and patient-centered. At Whitson Vision inIndianapolis and Avon, Indiana, Dr. Grelle provides a variety of services and treatments to improve eye health, lower risks, and prevent complications.

Dr. Grelle received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Indiana before obtaining her optometry degree from Indiana University. She continued her training and finished a residency in ocular disease at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Ohio in 2017.

Dr. Grelle became interested in pursuing optometry during her undergraduate studies while working as an intern at the Eye Surgeons of Indiana under the direction of Kevin Waltz, OD, MD. She collected and interpreted post-operative cataract surgery results and was actively involved in undergraduate research, closely examining avian extraocular muscle and different avian visual systems.

Dr. Grelle is a candidate for Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, as well as a member of the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometry Association.

Dr. Grelle is always learning and working on ways to provide the best possible eye care for men and women. She practices full scope optometry with a special interest in binocular vision.

Outside of the office, Dr. Grelle relishes spending time with her two adopted beloved dogs, Elmer Fudd and Indy.
