Warranties/Guarantees

Defects in Materials or Workmanship in eyeglass frames
The item will be repaired or replaced within one year of dispensing of the original purchase date.  We require that you bring in the frame and defective part(s).

Scratch Resistant Coating
Scratch coated lenses will be replaced due to scratching once within one year of dispensing from the original purchase date.

Patents Unhappy with Glasses He/She Chose
Patient may change his/her eyeglasses choice within 60 days of dispensing.  Patient will be charged the difference in price between his/her second choice and his/her initial selection if his/her choice is more expensive if a less expensive frame is selected there will be refunds of the difference.

Order Cancellation or return after the Order has been processed
Whitson Vision strives to satisfy all of your optical needs.  After visiting our optical shop and you still want to cancel your order or return your glasses, we will retain 25% of the total for restocking and handling.
